POSSESS, OWN, AND USE A FIREARM AND PARTICIPATE IN HUNTING ACTIVITIES UNDER FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND
REGULATIONS AND OTHER RESTIRCTIONS ESTABLISHED IN THESE OFFICAL RAFFLE RULES OR BY RAFFLE ORGANIZER.
Participation constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules.
Eligibility: No purchase or fee necessary to enter or win. The Santa Cruz Valley Training & Facilities Foundation raffle is open only to
individuals who at the time of entry can legally possess, use, and own a firearm under federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Raffles are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Raffles are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and
regulations and other restrictions established by these Official Raffle Rules or by Raffle Organizer.
Game Drawings: Raffles and games will take place at the Santa Cruz Valley Training & Facilities Foundation Banquet to be held at the
Desert Diamond Casino., 1100 W. Pima Mine Rd., Sahuarita AZ 85629 on Saturday, March 9, 2024. Doors open at 4:00 PM and
drawings will be held at approximately 8:30 PM. Ticket holders must be present to win.
How to receive free entry: To receive one free entry ticket into each of the games, send a written request for a ticket entry to the
Santa Cruz Valley Training & Facilities Foundation, P.O. Box 384, Green Valley, AZ 85622. Entry requests must be received by the
Organizer no later than March 8, 2024. Entry requests not received by entry deadline shall be ineligible. Request gets one free entry
into each of the games being offered. Limit one entry into each of the games per person. Tickets will be held at Will Call.
Prizes: Each of the various games offered the night of the banquet will have a prize associated with it.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of entries received.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random drawings on March 9, 2024, at the Santa Cruz Valley Training & Facilities
Foundation Banquet. Winners must be present to win. If a selected winner fails to present the winning ticket upon their ticket
number being announced three times, a new ticket will be drawn and announced, until the prize is awarded. All potential winners
are subject to verification for eligibility, including proof of identity, age, and U.S. residency.
General Terms and Conditions: By entering raffles, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of
the Event Organizer, which shall be final and binding, and (ii) to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Game Organizer, its
respective directors, officers, employees, and other representatives (collectively “Releases parties) from any and all claims, losses, or
liabilities of any kind (including attorneys’ fees and costs) arising from or relating to the administrations or operation of the Games or
any error in materials related thereto, entrant’s participation in the, use or distribution of entrant’s entry submission, use and
exploitation of entrant’s name, likeness and city and state of residence information, entrant’s acceptance of use of a prize, or any
claims based on rights of privacy, rights of publicity, and/or other personal or proprietary right. Game Organizer reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of the Raffles at any time, and, in the event of suspension or
termination, to award prizes based upon eligible submissions received prior to such action. The Released Parties shall not be
responsible or liable for (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due
submission or other correspondence, (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software programs or network, Internet, or computer
malfunctions, failures, interruptions, or difficulties of any kind. (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, or
(iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Released Parties that may cause the Games to be disrupted or
corrupted, including any injury or damage to any person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Raffles or
downloading any material related therein. Game Organizer reserves the right at tis sole discretion to disqualify any individual found
tampering with or disrupting the operation or administration of the Games.
Change to Official Rules: The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Official Rules at any time and for any reason
without notice.
